Microsoft® School Agreement

For schools that purchase a large number of software products and manage the software on many computers, purchasing through volume licensing program is an effective means of reducing the overall cost of ownership software.

Microsoft offers subscription licensing program for educational institutions of Ukraine. School Agreement is designed for higher education in primary and secondary schools and allows licensing of all school computers, simply by counting the number of times a year.

Subscription licensing offers has numerous advantages, including:

• Ease of compliance - because all computers and users of your institution covered by the terms of subscription, you can be identified that your institution is fully licensed to use products which you have chosen.
• Lower administrative costs - licensing for subscriptions eliminates the need to track licenses for individual products for each computer. This is particularly useful for software asset management in decentralizing environments.
• Compliance with the latest technology - licensing of subscription allows licensed users to work with the latest version of software products included in the subscription. In addition, your institution automatically receives installation media for additions and system products, which are updated during the term of your license.
• Simple budgeting and purchasing - One annual payment covers all products which you have chosen for this year.

Features of Campus Agreement

Since you are licensing the products selected in your subscription for all owned and leased computers at the Institute of program faculties, School Agreement makes adherence to existing rules of using the software for administrators and users. Any new employee who appears on the faculty (faculties) that participate in the program, has the right to use the software (except for server products) on the affected computer license for the subscription year.

Your students can use the software on computers in classrooms or in laboratories with public access. To obtain a license for your students to use the software on personal computers or on computers of the Institute, for personal use, your institution must opt for Student Option.

The right to participate in the program

Higher education institutions (administrations, boards of education or schools, which fall within eligibility criteria) may participate in the program School Agreement, if they meet specific eligibility requirements.

For consistency, university (administration or board of higher education institutions) must be accredited by the appropriate government regulatory agencies in the country, where the main office of such institution of higher education.

Hospitals and health systems do not have the right to purchase School Agreement.

Validity

You can choose a one-year or three-year licensing period for filling an order for the subscription. In any case, you submit your order to the mediator annual list of software products, elected for the year.

Year subscription option

You can also elect a three-year license period. If you elect licenses for three years and meet the requirements regarding the order indicated below, the price will remain as such for the initial order for the PP.

Regardless of the subscription term (one or three years), you can add new products at any time during the year.
